Horrible customer service

I have been trying for the last 45 minutes to attempt to schedule a technician visit for a camera that is not working unsuccessfully. I have gone round and round with the Xfinity assistant without resolution. Impossible to get a person on the phone and unable to schedule appointment. We pay to much money to not be able to receive timely response to issues

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
