Horrible customer service

Xfinity has the worst customer service care in the game. They don’t have any reason to be this careless and bad at providing quality customer service to their customers they just don’t care. I’ve been on the phone for 45 minutes and put on hold for 35 minutes. I will be switching to T-Mobile internet.

I’m trying to remove broadcast tv from my account as we speak. Again I’ve been on hold with one of your customer service care team and this issue isn’t being resolved I’m not being told any information of when this will go into effect. And what I’ve been researching this is common with your company. I will be switching to a new provider as soon as I can.

@user_4y9os4 Gotcha! In order to have the Broadcast TV fee removed from your account, you will need to remove TV services from your account. Are you wanting to remove TV services from your account?
