Horrible customer service
Xfinity has the worst customer service care in the game. They don’t have any reason to be this careless and bad at providing quality customer service to their customers they just don’t care. I’ve been on the phone for 45 minutes and put on hold for 35 minutes. I will be switching to T-Mobile internet.
