Horrible Customer Service

Why can I not speak to a human being ? I pay a ridiculous amount of money per month . None of the options are helpful and I’ve requested a tech person to come out that was supposed to be here between 4-6 pm today only to get the run around by one of the  xfinity “ texters”

This is unacceptable for the amount of money your customers pay . Please do better .
