Horrible Customer Service
Xfinity has got to be NUMBER 1 in the worst customer service. Not only is it almost impossible to reach an actual human but when you speak to someone it's someone overseas. I've had several calls for them trying to set up my internet which was filled with lies, they never refunded my money for a NOW account which was never even set up and now 2 months after someone came to my house to install the internet and told me they were not going to charge me installation fees they are trying to charge me fees. DO NOT get XFINTY. Absolutely the worst company!
