Horrible customer service for Xfinity mobile

I ordered the new iPhone 17 pro max and they took my money and said it was shipped, a week later I never got the confirmation email and when I called today they said my order was canceled. I did not cancel my order. When I ordered the device it said it was in stock, so no wait time. Now I had to order again and it’s over 45 days on back order! The customer service agent was very pushy about a promotion that I denied several times. I declined that service over and over and over and she kept pushing it and pushing it finally while on the phone with the customer service agent, I ordered the phone again through the mobile app, which apparently they are not able to do what the mobile app can do which doesn’t make any sense. You figure a person would be able to do better than a mobile app. Finally the thing that [Edited: Language] the most was she hung up on me. no the call was not dropped. She literally hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Absolute waste of 1.5hrs of my time just to have to order the phone again through the mobile app and now I have to wait over a month for the device which is crazy considering she told me on the phone if I went with her promotion, the one that I kept denying that she could get me the phone within a couple of days that it shows in stock on her end, but the app shows over 45 days to be delivered since it’s on backorder. so how was she able to view the phone as “in stock” but on the app it’s on backorder? Then she just hung up on me. Seriously, do better Xfinity.
