Horrible Customer service and Xfinity service
I’ve been contacting Xfinity via chat and phone since beginning of June to cancel my service. Every time I call, I get transferred to another representative over and over again. Same with when I am in a chat. I get a run around and no results.
I shouldn’t have to call or chat numerous times to cancel my service. I’ve even asked to be sent my chat scripts so I can use as proof.
The last time I called was today, and I was in for by Ashley it the Loyalty Department that I would continue to be billed until my previous bill was paid. I told her I would pay $20 a month until the $100 was paid off only because I was so sick and tired of no results.
Time before that I called and canceled “again“. I was reassured service would be canceled and I should return equipment soon to avoid charges.
When I returned my equipment, I was informed my services were still active “but rest assure, we will disconnect today.” I take a better look at the receipt just recently and it shows my equipment with another ladies account on it.
I understand I am rambling however dealing with Xfinity customer service will take a person there. You get so frustrated that words don’t even come out right.
On top of everything, I’ve literally had to either complain or receive notifications two or more times a month that my services were interrupted due to maintenance issues or weather.
I’ve had Verizon for over a month now, with no issues and we’ve had bad storms every other day dang near.
Xfinity is not loyal to their customers.
