Horrible Customer Service Agent
Our cable is out. I called at 2:49pm EST and spoke to Al. Al was horrible. He didn't want to even attempt to assist with our technical issue but wanted to see me additional services. When I expressed that I wanted to resolve a technical issue he continued to rudely try to move the conversation back to more services. Through the course of the conversation, heated by this point, he'd say things like, "don't you want to save money?". As the conversation spiraled he started to ask me if I knew the definition of certain words. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he'd connect me with someone to discuss my services (what he was trying to do). I asked to speak to a manger, he connected me to a...account services specialist (or some such). Who... didn't help me with my technical issue. He wasn't as bad as Al but only barely.
Comcast is very close to losing me. Every time I pay the bill I think about cutting the cord. Today, I'm closer than I've ever been.
