Horrible customer experience
Are any other long time customers feeling that Xfinity cares more about new customers than keeping their loyal customers? Very frustrating that I can’t get ahold of a live person. Feel that I’m wasting my time every year when I must negotiate a new year of lower pricing. I really think I’m done this time after 19 years.

And I forgot to add, make sure that you don’t reach out to an Xfinity agent unsolicited or this “violates the forum rules”. Venting, but come on. I’m [Edited: "Language"] already and you want to throw that out there…

Just make sure you are logged on to your account to see the promotions available for your account. You can also set up the services directly from the website.
