Horrible costumer service

I have been charged for a cell account I never activated and had to cancel 4 times. I spent hours on the phone and received the worst customer service ever. They were rude, unresponsive and refused to refund me the amount I had been charged, for an account I never activated.

I would just like to confirm you have been in touch with our mobile team at 1 (888) 936-4968 as customer service is unable to assist with mobile accounts.  Our options with Xfinity Mobile accounts are very limited. We're unable to perform any device or account specific requests over this platform--this includes billing, sales, device questions, etc. We can definitley help to get a resolution for you. 

Can you clarify if this is a case of identity theft or did you place the order and changed your mind.
