HORRIBLE COMPANY

My services were disconnected because of past tenant issues and I think this is unfair .

no one should have to deal with what I am dealing with now .

their prices are ridiculous! 

They need better companies so Xfinity  can be shut down . 

Their customer service is trash too!

Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for any inconvenience. If there is a hold on your address due to a prior balance associated with that location, you’ll need to visit your local Xfinity Store and provide physical proof of residency, such as a lease agreement, deed, or utility bill.

 

Once the documentation is provided, the store team can submit a ticket to request removal of the hold.
