Horrible Company, waiting more than 3 months for refund.
I closed my account back in July 2023, at that time I was over-charged and over paid. I received a statement saying I would be receiving an email regarding this refund and how I would like to receive it. Never received such email. I've contacted them 3 times since then, twice through chat, once by phone. Last chat they stated they would send the check out (Sept 21st) not received. Called in on October 5th, the lady said I needed to be transferred to the refund department in which I would speak to a live agent. Once transferred it just rang and went to two options that did not pertain to me. I dialed option 1 and it asked for a card # I do not have a card #. At which time it hung up on me. Now chatting with an agent that's stating it was refunded to my card on 7/21 however it was not, this is after they told me they sent a check.
