Horrible chat representative and phone customer service

I have had to call approximately 10 times and my issues still have no been resolved. I've have reps , tell me they were going to do things and transfer the call, transfer and not give any info , reps have also told me they have handled this including supervisors and did not . I would like to reach out to your corporate department for a formal complaint
