HORRIBLE!! CAN'T GET AHOLD OF ANYBODY EXCEPT AI WHEN I JAVE PROBLEMS
My internet went out 2 nights ago around 7 pm, they said it would be back on by 9:55 that night, it didn't come back until after 6 pm the next day. The day after that, it went out again for a few hours, and now I'm sitting here for going on 2 hours, 3rd time in 2 days. The phone numbers they give you just have you press buttons until ultimately the AI says " speaking to an agent will not make the problem go faster, goodbye ", and hangs up. No option to speak with somebody. No option for call back later. No option to ask why this keeps happening. No option for jack 💩 other than a Chat Bot that is ALSO AI.... It's just insulting. I mean, to not even give people the option to speak with somebody when the AI obviously can't answer their simple FKN question shouldn't be too much to ask. I would also like to say that the people I FINALLY spoke with, I did so by having to call like I was setting up an entire new account, from an entirely new address, just to FINALLY speak with somebody, because who wants to deal with somebody who you already collect money from right?
