Horrible automated service

The automated service for xfinity is the worst I have EVER encountered. Options are limited, and there is no apparent way to reach an actual person. In addition, even after sending a link that is supposed to help, it requires you to essentially start the verification and explanation process all over again. The entire team that mapped out this process should be replaced.
