Horrible automated service
Hire some real people, this automated system is absolute <Edited: Language>. If youre lucky after 37 prompts youll be put in line to speak with someone, but god forbid you dont have a "normal" issue, cause it will just hang up on you before letting you talk to anybody.
Also dont bother restarting your router or checking connections before calling, because she will still make you wait for her timer, and of course theres no option to say ive already done this. That makes too much sense.
