Horrible app and even worse customer service.

At this point your guyses laziness has become intentional, I’ve been a customer over 2 years now and i literally just want to change my Wi-Fi plan, sounds easy right? Wrong not through you guys you have made sure of that. I can’t change it through the app and your guyses horrendous ai chatbot doesn’t help in the slightest.

In the meantime though, our team is happy to help with changing your internet plan to make sure you are getting the best bang for your buck! To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account? 

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
