Horrendous service

I upgraded to peacock premium plus several days ago but still not as free. Please fix immediately or i’m literally cancelling everything

Just to clarify, Peacock Premium is included if you meet the criteria of having Gigabit or higher internet speed, or you have a Diamond/Platinum Xfinity Rewards tier level. Peacock Premium Plus is $11.99 per month. If you intended to only have Peacock Premium at no cost, we would suggest going here to view the steps on how to edit your plan.
