Hoping to Track my Order / check on my order status
Hi, Thank you for your time & help 🙂 .
I have an order / order number for an xFi Pod.
I was notified that the "order is delayed." No problem, no worries.
But, is it possible to find out what the order status is currently?
(if it was delievered, when it might arrive, etc.)
Glad to provide any info needed.

I tried to upgrade my internet and add tv. It said to pay my past due and submit my order I have done it twice now and my bill still has a past due and there is no conformation.
