Thanks for reaching out to us you would need a coax cable to connect the modem to so your services are working, if you were able to create an account with your current address that means that one time we did service that location. Have you checked everywhere to see if there's a coax cable in the home? I know in my home since my house was flipped some of the coax cables weren't coming out of the wall they were actually coming out of the floorboard.
