user_8zozqk, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble setting things up. If you have the Xfinity App set up on your smartphone, you can go through the troubleshooting steps to set it up. I used it the other night to set up my remote that wasn't working and it took be through it step by step. Give that a try and let us know if you still need assistance.
