Honesty

As a 10 + year costumer should spect a decent service from Comcast but it looks like that is to much to ask it doesn't matter what kind off service I get from Comcast is always bad from cable to internet to ordering equipment is always bad took the equipment back to the store and the rep said he could tell me why was not working with my service and the reason why was it was the wrong one for my service then upgrade the modem and now half year later we are back to rebooting the modem every day to sometimes get it work costumer service said that my equipment has issues and their engineers were working to fix it but off course they do not have the honesty to let your costumer hey we messed up 

And we get paying a service fee for something that DO NOT WORK half the time

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
