@user_ofswgx There have been delays due to equipment being on backorder with devices. Not sure if that is the issue in this case, but it will automatically ship as soon as inventory becomes available at the warehouse, with standard shipping taking 3 to 5 business days once it leaves the facility. Do you get any emails regarding an estimated shipment or tracking information?
