Home internet

My mother's internet connection and modem is in a storage room in her home.  The connection and modem are not accessible without clearing the room.  Is it possible for her to have a new connection put in her home and disconnect the current.  Again, the current connection is not accessible.   Please advise.

user_oic7yr Hello Vi. Thanks for reaching out to our team for help with having your mother's modem connection moved. I'm sure your mom appreciates your help as well.
I would be happy to help out and guide you the best that we can. It's possible that there is already another coaxial outlet in her home that can be used for the modem's connection. Usually if a home was wired for TV service, there are outlets in several rooms and as long as they are available the modem can be moved to that connection. I know you said the room is not accessible, is that true for retrieving the modem to connect it in a new location as well?
