Back in April, I had people coming walking around and show me a flyer for internet for as low as $39 a month for paperless, billing and autopay. I signed up for it paid the $25 so I didn't have to get my credit checked the next month. I had to pay $50.99. And this month, I have to pay $60.99. But according to the flyer, I get it for $39.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out @user_tcc3sb! When you sign up, you approve a final order summary that breaks down your package details and estimated monthly costs. Once completed, a matching order confirmation email is sent directly to you.
Just to make sure we are on the same page, are you seeing charges on your bill that look different from that confirmation email?
