Are there any discounts for loyal customers? I am not understanding how a new customer can get 200Mbps for $25/month for two years, yet as a long-term customer I am paying $87. Nothing about that feels fair or right... That seems to be encouraging customers to be short-term only and change providers every few years, which is the opposite of the customer culture any business should be cultivating.
