Home internet restoration after outage

I am waiting to have my home internet restored and wanted to let someone know that the cable that connects to my house was disconnected at the street. I cannot find out if anyone knows this yet and am getting frustrated. Please help and contact me to let me know an ETA. Thanks!

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
