I'm considering switching to Metronet Fiber but wanted to see what deals were available with Xfinity first. But it looks like I can't even select my plan to view it anymore. The Xfinity app and website shows literally everything but the option to view or change your plan. Seems like you can add services to your current plan but not view your plan or what deals are available. The only mention of internet plans I found were NOW Internet, which had much higher prices with much lower speeds than a year ago. My current plan, last I checked, was 800 Mbps down plus the 100 Mbps add on but the price increased a while back. I'm looking for plans close to 1 Gbps that at least come close to competing with Metronet. Help would be appreciated!
Edit: So, it looks like the issue with locating my plan is it's not viewable on the main website but I found it on the forums website. Still would like a list of the best plans around 1Gbps, if possible.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
