Home Alarm system malfunctioning
Just got 2 alarm monitoring calls to my number in regards to my mothers Xfinity Home service ...when I get there, there is no audible alarm going off at all and she had no idea that anything was evening happening. She never even got a call from Xfinity, they only called me and I'm the back up person on the system. Customer Service for Xfinity is HORRIBLE! If you go to one of the stores you're lucky to find somebody that hasn't been smoking dope all day to answer your question, let alone be even slightly helpful
I need Xfinity to send a TECH out to the house to figure out what is going on.
I'm guessing I'll just have to rip their system out of the house cause they'll never respond ... Hope I'm wrong, but I'm not hopeful.
