Holding overpayment since August
I have been promised a refund for a $500+ overpayment since August. The last guy finally gave me the "good news" that my refund was issued on 9/11. No. It wasn't. That was yet another lie. I have a whole file full of the lies from this case alone. Shame on you. Isuing a "ticket" does no good if every time you call in they tell you that the ticket was closed as "resolved." Only if you continue to count coming up with a lie as a resolution.
So what do I do?
Does Comcast really read these? I'm wondering since this communications conglomerate has taken months working on their messenger program (still down) and apparently accoring to the many representatives I spoken with over the months, there is no email or snailmail address where one can go escaltate an issue.

It was finally refunded. That is only step 1. I want an official written response from xfinity on this matter and what they intend to do as a result of all of this. Are you able to speak for the company?
