Hello @user_t7uwmv Normally no one should be touching our lines except our local teams. Did the HOA provide any reasoning of why they are removing the lines?

They are cutting off the existing lines without previous notice to force the costumers to call Xfinity and make the technician to run an entire new line through a different location due to aesthetic reasons because they want the new cables running through a different way

In my specific case, they pulled out the main cable ripping it off and damaged the internal wiring from my apartment, now the new line must be outside the walls because they broke the drop that connected to the apartment internal wiring

We can certainly look into this further.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
