Hit "Restricted area" when responding to this Xfinity email.

When I responded to this Xfinity email, and logged into my account, I hit a "Restricted area" error and could not proceed. I am a user on the account, my wife is the primary, so that may be the reason. 

How should we proceed to complete this "Action needed?"

Hello, @user_z73i1f. Thank you for reaching our team on Forums regarding the recommended upgrade to your Gateway. If you're listed as anything less than a 'manager' on the account, you will have limited access and will not be able to make any changes. The primary user will need to provide authorization for you to make changes and can do so by following the steps HERE.
