High data use and you can’t explain it?
I am very upset how subscribers are left in the dark here and the only way they are helped is suggesting them to purchase unlimited internet! That’s not fair!
It is time for Xfinity to admit that their gateways have a MoCA issue where signals seem to mix up on coaxial lines in apartment buildings causing high data usage and unknown devices popping up in your network!
This issue is easily fixable by installing an MoCA filter before your gateway to block the signals in both directions. This filter can be purchased on Amazon for around $10 and it IMMEDIATELY FIXES THESE ISSUES!!!!!
