Hidden charges

I have Xfinity customer for the last 7 years I have never went thru so much difficulty with any internet service than Xfinity they charge me 100 for professional installation without even telling me I was told it's something with their service they have to send someone to check but was charged 100$ call 5 times talk to 5 different agent all told me don't worry we will take care problem a week later I'm still with same problem they give false information and hidden charges you so shady so bad I'm Looking for different services to get out
