Hey

My address is <Edited: Personal Information> it’s a house not <Edited: Personal Information> it’s not a apartment it’s a house my bill should start over for wrong address

Good evening, @Lemons26! We can open a ticket to see if your address can be listed without a unit number since it is a house, not an apartment. That would not have any effect on your billing. The account address would just be corrected, the bill would not start over. Do you want to get a ticket opened to see if the serviceability team can list your address without the unit number?

@XfinityRay​ do what yall have to do done been treated badly I explain my situation multiple times I know yall can help more than yall do this is crazy

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
