Hep paying the rest of my bill off

All I need to pay on the XFINITY app $1.84 and my card is being declined when the money is on my card

You would want to speak with your bank to find out why the transaction will not go through. They will be able to tell you why. This link shows how to make a one time payment if you want to try with a different payment method while you are waiting to speak with your bank. 

We are happy to check on the balance and when that needs to be paid by. Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
