help

My landline isn't working  It says "no line".  I can't get any help  I've been on my cell phone for hours trying to get AT&T to help

Hello, how are you @Charmion? Thanks for your post. Are you able to confirm if you have AT&T for home phone service or an Xfinity Voice line for home phone service? If you have Xfinity Voice service your modem will operate both phone and internet in your home. If you have an internet connection your modem is online, so we would want to reset your modem.
