My technician left without telling me what the problem was,and my issue hasn't resolved, whats the status on my issue?

@spiderbell Our team can dive into the account notes and see what was left and provide some insight. Please also note that sending unsolicited direct messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines.
