HELP!!

I’m supposed to get a $200 Amazon gift card for signing up, after 3-4 months it’s nowhere to be found, I have no way of contacting a real person through any of your customer service options, no number to call or email address, and this WiFi is garbage, worse than the internet we switched from with Wow. Someone help me!!

All of our devices lag all the time now, our PS4 will not connect to the WiFi, in the next room over from the router, streaming doesn’t work on it, the online gaming on my sons Nintendo switch is having a lot of issues loading and working, and the gaming websites say none of their servers are down, our phones work and load internet pages and apps very slowly, and every time we check the internet on the app it says our internet is working great. Our bill is also $10 higher this month than it’s supposed to be, $70 instead of $60, and there’s no reason or  explanation for it.

@user_s2ndn8, thank you for the details. Do you have a personal router connected to the modem? Are there any devices hardwired to the modem that are having the same issue? Are you signed up for paperless billing and autopay, or did you remove autopay?

We still have paperless auto pay, nothings changed with any of that. If the PS4 is hardwired there aren’t issues, it’s when everything is using the WiFi. We do not have a personal router connected to the modem.

When I clicked the link for the gift card status, I put in my account number, it said record not found, so I put in my demographic info and it said the same thing.

@user_s2ndn8 Got it, and thanks. Have you rebooted the modem or used the Xfinity app to troubleshoot the signal?
