HELP!!!!!
I have had the worst customer service experience and have been trying to resolve a property damage claim since June 12, 2025. I have contacted customer service on a weekly basis and not one person could answer 2 simple questions that I had regarding my claim. A truck passing my home pulled the whole cable line down since their line was so low in the street. When this occurred, it also pulled down several pieces of siding from my home as well at a piece of soffit. I had to rush to get this repaired since we were supposed to get thunderstorms for a couple of days after this occurred and the rain would have gotten through the open spaces causing water damage. Comcast suggested I submit a property damage claim and was notified I would hear back from them within 48 hrs after sumbmission. Well, that was on June 12th and I have not received one update from them, despite many calls. No one has a CLUE when I ask (1) whether the documents I sent were received (pictures of damage, police report, receipt from the work to repair the siding and soffit), and (2) what the status is with the claim? Two simple questions that not one person can answer. So, I get transferred to someone else and have to explain the whole situation over, and over, and over again! I am SO frustrated with them.
