HELP
How do I speak to a [Edited: "Language"] human? I’m having very serious Internet issues. I’m being charged 1TB every couple days! I spent hours trying to speak with someone going around in circles on the online help and that 800 number it’s completely useless. I need to speak with a [Edited: "Language"] human!

I'm sorry to read of the excessive used and charges being billed as well as not being able to find support with our peers.
