Good luck! File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, an Xfinity rep will actually call you. They were helpful too. Not sure if my issue is resolved, but I have a contact now.

Good luck! File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, an Xfinity rep will actually call you. They were helpful too. Not sure if my issue is resolved, but I have a contact now.
