Help

We live in 19086. We are longtime customers

we have a 492.97$/month account.
on April 5, 2025 our area experienced a 100mph straight wind storm. This did great damage to our neighborhood. All attention needed to restore service and cleanup of trees and debris has been received EXCEPT from Xfinity. They have left a wire and large metal box hanging down into our backyard and the metal box sits on our fence rail. We have made NUMEROUS attempts for service and help with no avail!
no where to turn. Even our township has reached out nothing back from Xfinity that has helped any. Please advise. We have three dogs and young neighbors use our batting cage for their baseball practices.
just so disappointing and frustrating.
thank you.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention @atb603! This is far from the experience we want you to have. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
