Need a real person website is horrible and can’t select a tag with out the website giving me an error tired of typing the same message over and over again

I need help talking to real agent I can’t get in contact with one due to a “outage” in my area however the map only shows my apartment as the outage area and I already had a technician out here and they told me they couldn’t help me I would like another technician to come out
