HELP
This seems to be the only way to reach you people. When I go into a store to try to talk to real people, they tell me that I have to call but your phone bot is NOT helpful at all and NOT what I need. My dad is dying in hospice and I need to cancel his account so that you stop charging him. CAN I GET SOME HELP HERE, PLEASE?

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
