HELP!!

Is there an email for corporate that I can send an email to? I talked to several agents via chat and phone and keep getting pushed around and disconnected.

That's absolutely not the experience we want you to have. @XfinityChristy​  it really has been horrible. On 1/19/25 I modified my plan and had to approve the new plan that was to be 195 a month. However, that is not what my bill states.. It states 235 per month. I have talked to about 8-9 agents both on chat and phone and no one seems to be able to help. I have put in a ticket and have heard nothing back on that either. I also had an issue about the plan that was quoted to me I was promised something and that was no done. At this point I just want my bill to reflect what I approved.
