I been on hold for hours and yall keep hanging up or transferring to other people . I need help . I havnt had WiFi for over 12 hours and I have done everything . Yall said it was fixed 8 hours ago and still nothing g. Please help . … idk why yall charge me 70$ for the worse WiFi / worse costumer service I have ever received.
