Help
My cable service has not been reconnected since the hurricane ( Sept.27 ). All other homes on my street were reconnected on Oct.14. My cable is coiled up in my yard waiting [Edited: "Inflammatory"] . I’ve had 3 crews on 3 separate days to attempt hook-up on weekend of Oct. 12/13 and none finished. Appointments have been scheduled and they were no-shows! [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
