I’m a new coustomer recently bought a house and it has a downstairs den. We have no service there. The rest of the house is great. The man that installed it said we may need a pod which is included in our package. But I can’t talk to anyone to get one.

You are in the right place and we are happy to assist you today. If you have our xFi Complete service on the account it does a Wi-Fi evaluation. Here is a link to our Xfinity xFi Complete - Whole Home Wifi Evaluation article. If the evaluation detects that you do need signal boost, it would recommend a free pod.
