Help

Please help. I just need to downgrade to 300 mbs and no tv. [Edited: Inflammatory]. I am so done with the virtual assistant sending me in circles and discussions with live agents (who are very nice and all, but..) that never go anywhere. I don’t know what to do besides cancel my contract. anyone know if there is another option? I need to figure out something cheaper before next month.
