help
need to make an appointment for a technician to come to my home to find the internet problem.
I have "trouble-shot" with your ol-line assistant twice - each time doing the same thing I had done before asking for help in the first place.
I have had no solution.
I have tried to use your sight to set an appointment with a technician TO NO AVAIL!!!!!!!
I need a real live person to come to my home and to figure out where the problem actually is and to fix it.
